Mike Deibler is the founder/owner of San Diego Premier Training. Being a former All American at the University of Connecticut he has always strived to be the best. He achieved a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Florida and continues to stay on top of the latest health and fitness research. Mike is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a certified personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. Along with his extensive fitness certifications and education, he is also a certified sports nutritionist with the National Association of Sports Nutrition.
Mike has worked with hundreds of clients and showed them the path to a new life. He has shown that we are not stuck with a certain body. With the right program and nutrition anyone can be in great and healthy shape.
On top of working with clients to reach fitness goals Mike also is the Education Director with Exercise Etc., a educational based company helping personal trainers, athletic trainers, and physical therapist from around the company improve on their skills. Also, Mike is an adjunct professor for Miramar Community College.

Aside from having been involved in the fitness industry for several years and logging numerous hours of “in the trenches” real world experience, I am dedicated to consistent learning and growth in the fields of fitness and nutrition. My philosophy is simple, if it works and gets consistent results for my clients then I use it and if it doesn’t then I eliminate it.
I am one of a handful Russian Kettlebell Certified Trainers in the San Diego Area and also am a practicing Neuromuscular Therapist.

Originally from New York, Jen developed her passion for fitness at a young age as a competitive swimmer. After obtaining her Bachelors and Masters degree in Criminal Justice and relocating to San Diego, the pull she felt toward helping others achieve their fitness and health goals became undeniable. Her path changed direction and she went on to obtain a Certificate in Personal Fitness Training, and became certified with the American Council on Exercise.
The empowerment, strength and motivation she gained from competing as a Division I college swimmer is something she now enjoys inspiring in others. Her passion lies in instilling a sense of joy, confidence and well-being in others through fitness and healthy lifestyle choices, in a fun and supportive environment.
She has completed the San Diego Rock n Roll marathon and numerous half marathons in San Diego, and actively practices yoga and pilates.

Jamie has been involved in the fitness industry for sixteen years. He has personally developed a number of successful programs to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular conditioning and increase muscular strength. Jamie is experienced in nutritional counseling with one-on-one programs that offer custom aspects to suit individual needs. Brian Bartolomei has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1996. As a former firefighter and life long athlete, he brings his passion for sport and performance to work with him every day. Dane was born and raised in the beautiful country of New Zealand. It was here that he developed a true love of health and fitness which has carried on to be his true life’s calling.
He began as a trainer at New Zealand’s largest and most respected gym network called Les Mills in Auckland and soon became one of the most sought after trainers in the region.
After working there for 3 years he was offered the rare opportunity to train one of the royal sheikhs in Qatar, and went on to train other members of the royal family also.
Recently he has moved to San Diego and is now offering personal training to any individual who is truly committed to a long-term healthy lifestyle change and is ready to totally transform their body from the inside out.

Lauren Shroyer has worked in health and wellness for more than 15 years. She began her career as a Certified Athletic Trainer at a Division 1 university in Chicago before embarking on a career in personal training.
Her path in fitness has opened the doors to work with and learn from dedicated professionals in a multitude of disciplines including acupuncurists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and orthopedic surgeons, not to mention some of the most renowned people in the fitness industry. Her consistent quest to deepen her understanding of the human body in all capacities has driven her to log hundreds of hours of reading and attending symposiums.
