Absolutely. We have all different fitness levels in our classes and coaches provide modifications for every exercise. You will never be asked to do something your body isn’t ready for.
If fat loss is a goal, most clients lose 8–15 lbs in 28 days. Everyone’s results are different depending on starting point, consistency, and how closely they follow the nutrition plan.
